Offer Details & Disclaimer
Eligibility: Offer available to new businesses only. A new business is defined as a business that has been open for less than 12 months. An established business with new or changed ownership does not qualify. A business opening a new location does not qualify. Businesses must provide proof of new business status. Proof may include, but is not limited to, an Article of Incorporation, EIN Confirmation Letter, business license or permit, or Certificate of Good Standing.
Term Agreement & Early Termination: Upon ordering service, the customer will sign a 3-year term agreement; however, an Early Termination Fee (ETF) exemption will be placed on the order form. If the business cancels internet service due to business closure, the ETF will be waived and no early termination penalty will be charged. If the business cancels service for another reason, such as switching service providers, the business may be charged the applicable ETF in accordance with regular Glo Fiber Business terms and conditions.
