How to Transfer Your Service
- Call 1-833-WANT-GLO to let us know where you are planning to move.
- Schedule an installation date for the new address.
- Generally, the first address will not be disconnected until the new address is installed, or you can make arrangements for different disconnect dates.
- Bring your existing routers with you to the new address on the installation date.
Equipment Options
- If your new home is in a Glo Fiber service area, bring your current routers with you to make installation faster and easier.
- If the address has previously had Glo service, setup may be possible through a simple phone call, no appointment necessary.
- If you need updated equipment, we’ll help you swap it out.
What Happens on Moving Day
- If the new home has had service before and you are bringing your current routers, a technician appointment may not be needed.
- If installation is needed, you’ll pick a time that works best for you.
- Your service will go live at the new address as soon as the install is complete.
