Glo Fiber Gift Card Program FAQs
When you sign up for Glo Fiber service you may be eligible to receive a $100 merchant gift card.
How do I participate in the Glo Fiber Gift Card promotion?
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Sign up for qualifying new residential Glo Fiber Internet service, pay your first full bill and remain in good standing throughout this time period.
What services qualify for the $100 merchant gift card?
- Glo Fiber Internet Service of 1 Gbps or higher.
What other qualifications are required to receive the $100 merchant gift card?
- Cannot be an existing customer within with past 120 days and have qualified services installed between 6/1/25 and 6/30/25.
- Must order Glo Fiber Internet service online (through glofiber.com)
- Once all requirements are met, customer will receive an email to claim their Gift Card.
When will I receive my Gift Card?
- After the second bill has been paid and all qualifications have been met, the customer will receive an email to collect mailing information and claim their $100 Gift Card.
- Once the gift card has been claimed on the selection page, a letter with the chosen gift card will be sent within 3 days to the address submitted.
- These letters are sent via USPS, please allow normal delivery time per your postal delivery service.

Can I combine with other offers?
Yes, this offer can be combined with First Month Free and Free Installation.
What does it mean for my account to be in good standing?
For your Glo Fiber account to be considered in good standing, it cannot have an unpaid balance or be temporarily disconnected.
Who can I call if I do not receive my Gift Card?
Please call 1-888-689-3420 to speak to the Gift Card Support Team.
Are Glo Fiber or Shentel employees eligible to participate?
No. Employees of Glo Fiber or it's parent company Shentel will not be eligible to receive rewards as a referrer or a referree.
