The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and was very professional. He worked with us and customer service until we were sure that all was in order and worked well. Since installation, we have not experience the outages, buffering, or glitches that had become routine with Cox. Bill and I had fiber optics in Ohio when we lived there! Needless to say, we anxiously awaited the arrival of Glo Fiber. From the beginning, the construction and installation staff were supportive and informative. The installer worked with Bill to locate the best place for the installation. All the wires are placed along the edges of the siding so they aren’t noticeable. This was so professional!! Whereas before, we had black wires hanging aimlessly about looking unprofessional and messy. All electronics are happily performing. We are well pleased.
