Enjoy Service
Step 6: Enjoy Service

After your service order has been completed and your service has been fully installed, get ready to Glo!

Get ready to Glo!

You should receive multiple mailers, approximately 15 and 5 days prior to start of construction in your neighborhood. When construction is about to begin, you will get a flyer in your newspaper box.

Once you’ve received this flyer, that means Glo Fiber or a Glo Fiber Contractor will be working on or around your property to place fiber optic lines within the next 24-72 hours.

All work performed on private property is completed within an easement or right-of-way. Crews may need access to a backyard if it falls within that easement.

Public and private utility lines.

Public Utility Lines

You may notice flags and/or paint markings indicating the proposed path of new fiber cables and the location of existing utilities on your property.

Private Utility Lines

Please be advised that private lines like sprinkler systems or invisible fences are unable to be marked by Glo Fiber. Please mark any private underground lines yourself to avoid any damage to those facilities during construction.
